We currently ship our products within India only. Delivery availability may vary based on location and serviceability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Local delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order value.

5. Perishable Items

Sweets are perishable items, so we use proper packaging to maintain freshness.
However, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for assistance.
