Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in preparing and delivering our sweets. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. No Return on Perishable Items

Since sweets and food products are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or spoiled product received

  • Product missing from the order

Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

3. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Taste preference issues

  • Delay due to incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Order cancellation after dispatch

  • Improper storage by the customer after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
